About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technician who is looking to move into an exciting opportunity as a Facility Performance Specialist - Optimisation!

This role will provide service leadership and a focal point for digital solutions, Metasys related applications, Building Optimisation opportunities, OpenBlue service growth initiatives across all service LOB's. This position will also be responsible for project manager and delivery of small works projects.

• Active involvement in Facility Performance team
• Provide support for digital services connectivity and to the Operations and Sales Teams
• Identification, review, and tracking of Facility Performance Opportunities (FPO's).
• Digital solutions project leadership
• Manage, design and implement strategies for existing installations
• Providing solutions to complex system problems
• Support for Client Solutions and Service Account Managers
• Management of Connected chiller systems
• Meeting financial and non-financial objectives
• Driving growth with FLSPs and CSMs
• Assistance in engineering and sales by providing technical recommendations
• Participation in projects and upgrades
• Target existing customers for growth and optimisation
• Monthly reporting on FPOs and forecasting
• Mentoring junior engineers and FLSPs
• Ensuring safety and software compliance
• Adhering to Johnson Controls' safety standards

About you:

• Excellent knowledge of networking and system integrations
• Major plant and high rise buildings experience
• Experience in HVAC and or Building Controls
• Commercial HVAC experience preferable
• Sustainability focused
• Skills in IT and server environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
