Your Mission

Lead our ServiceNow implementation and integration development efforts with ServiceNow by reimagining the customer experience, improve service operations and engage customers with digital workflows. Solve customer problems by bringing front, middle, and back offices together withany ServiceNow moduleyou are skilled in leading.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a confident, humble, and curious ServiceNow leaders and developers that are experienced in implementing ServiceNow solutions. You can enable anyone in our client environment to implement, extend or build custom business applications. You are happy to integrate ServiceNow and third-party applications.

Requirements:

• Experienced in building ServiceNow modules for customers
• ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator (minimum) - required
• ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist - anyand allmodules - required
• ServiceNow - Certified Application Developer is desired
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
• Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST desired
• Strong requirements gathering experience. Ability to work with business users and clients
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Proven team player
• ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)
• Computer Science or Engineering degree or an equivalent preferred
