As a Senior Talent Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our global Go-To-Market (GTM) team. You will support the GTM function, which is spread across 14 countries, and be part of a Talent Team where everyone has each other's back and enjoys lots of fun and interesting work. You'll Be Empowered To

  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders of the GTM teams, understanding their needs and providing strategic recruitment support.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for the GTM team, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, sharing the Immutable story, vision, and culture with enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to execute effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Prioritise diversity hiring and create inclusive recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring they are kept up to date regularly.
  • Continually utilise data to drive recruitment decisions and continuously improve our processes.
  • Contribute to building our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), run events, and bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work efficiently to meet hiring goals in a fast paced environment.

We'd Love You To Bring

  • Extensive recruitment experience, with 4+ years in recruitment in-house, ideally at a global high-growth company.
  • Expertise in GTM hiring, with experience recruiting for global business development, partner success, and sales engineering roles.
  • A proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to recruitment.
  • The ability to rapidly upskill on new technology stacks.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
