The ideal candidate will have previous experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef for a minimum of 3 years, you will have a proven strength in areas of HR Management and financial control.
Knowledge of Mexican cuisine, ingredients and recipes are essential. Ideally you have experience in a Latin-American kitchen for a minimum of 2 years.
Ideally you re self-motivated, able to manage and dictate your own time, and are a positive communicator, with a demonstrated ability in bringing out the best in a team environment.
You will report to the Head Chef in areas of financials and recruitment.
