Senior Solutions Consultant

The Senior Solutions Consultant is the technical backbone of the sales organization. You are responsible for working alongside the Account Executives to evangelize, design, propose, and demonstrate our business value to customers. You will have an aptitude for technology and business acumen. You thrive on autonomy while being a productive team player. The character and competency you bring to the sales process is a critical component to this role.

What you will be doing

• Work closely with Account Executives on new business and cross-sell opportunities to own the technical aspects of the sales cycle
• Work with prospective customers to understand their business and technical requirements and create solutions that address their business challenges
• Help qualify opportunities and ensure that they are a good match for Siteimprove solutions
• Demonstrate Siteimprove solutions and explain how they solve the challenges of our customers and prospects
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance your technical proficiency. Provide guidance on best practices and ensure the adoption of industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor on technical matters. Address client concerns and proactively identify opportunities for additional value.
• Interface with Product Management and Product Marketing teams to provide field feedback on product requirements and market trends
• Support customers technical due diligence and perform efficient and persuasive evaluations maximizing the benefits for the customer

What we will require of you

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in solutions consulting
• Excellent presentation preparation and delivery skills
• Ability to grasp and simplify complex technical details of solutions for our customers and prospects
• Strong critical thinking skills with a proven capability to work both independently and with others to solve complex problems
• Strong written and oral communication skills;
  ability to present ideas and suggestions concisely, clearly, and effectively
• Strong organization, planning, and project management skills;
  ability to prioritize tasks for yourself to meet requirements and deadlines
• Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results
• Able to thrive in fast-paced work environments

AUD 102,000-132,000 per-year-salary

Base pay will depend on the position, individual qualifications, market, and other operational business needs.
