The Challenge:
As a Senior Solutions Consultant for our Adobe Experience Cloud business, focused on Customer Journeys, you will be responsible for crafting solutions that help companies meet their most significant business objectives. In this role, you'll collaborate with and support our Sales organisation, while working closely alongside our wider Technical, Consulting and Customer Success teams.
The ideal candidate will have a blended technical and digital marketing background with a passion for storytelling.
What you'll do:
- Provide technical, functional, and subject matter expertise to our customer base
- Create and deliver technical product demonstrations and presentations
- Help to drive the adoption of Experience Cloud solutions within accounts
- Work with Sales Professionals in a consultative approach to identifying and solving business problems
What you need to succeed:
- Knowledge of MarTech applications including Analytics, Email, CDP, CRM, and Web
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices
- Ability to craft innovative user experiences combining content, personalised experience and marketing automation
- Experience building and communicating use cases and value propositions
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task in highly dynamic environment
