Unloan is a new digital lending venture, backed by CommBank and built in x15Ventures.
We are a diverse team of product managers, designers, engineers, risk managers and lenders. And we're working together to deliver Australia's most-loved home loan experience.

Your Team

Our product vision is to create the most loved digital home loan in Australia. To do this, we need great product-lead experienced engineers, supported to build a great digital product experience.
The role
We are looking for a smart, driven and resilient full stack Typescript engineer who loves delivering customer and business solutions in a collaborative, iterative and simple manner. TypeScript is our go-to language, and we use it across our stack, so you'll need to be proficient at it.
You'll be reporting directly to the Engineering Manager and will be a contributor within a growing engineering team.
Your skills and experience

• Solid experience in TypeScript, GraphQL, React/React Native and building with modern practices.

• Experience and knowledge of backend technology - NodeJS.

• Experienced with infrastructure development - AWS or Azure

• You know how to create well-tested and cleanly implemented code, that enables a DevSecOps way of shipping quickly and safely.

• You love autonomy and like to take ownership of problems, see your efforts translate into outcomes that resonate with a user / customer.

• You learn through sharing and reading thought leaders in your community.

• You show great judgement in your decisions, great communication skills to help others understand your challenges.

• Preferably, a background in CBA or similar Financial Services organisation.

Desired

• Experience on Microsoft Azure

• Experience with implementing business rule engine.
