Responsibilities
Overseeing the daily operations of assigned sections to ensure seamless service
Providing exceptional customer service and anticipating guests' needs
Training, mentoring, and supervising junior staff members
Assisting with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to quality standards
Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
RSA certification
