Senior Sales Estimator

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a full time Senior Sales Estimator to join our Queensland Team, you will be based in our Branch in Acacia Ridge.

About the role

Our Sales Estimator role primarily assist our Branch and sales teams to ensure all quotes, tenders and deliveries are managed in a timely manner. You will liaise with sales, supply chain and marketing to ensure up to date information is provided to our members and quotes are completed and followed up to a high level.

This role includes the following tasks:

• Pricing Data / Entry
• Market Research
• Contract Reviews
• Communication
• Members Pricing

What can y ou expect to be doing

• Follow up on quotes, tenders and deliveries.
• Maintenance of sales related records including creating files, filing and archiving.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of sales order and quotation data in the system.
• Support for sales and branch teams around pricing issues.
• Maintain communication with all customers and staff.

About you

As someone with previous customer service and quoting experience, you will possess a passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service to our branch network through accurate pricing in our systems.

You're known for your excellent communication skills, reliability and excellent attention to detail.

To be considered for this role, you MUST have the following relevant experience, skills, knowledge and qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience working in a building or plumbing industry is preferred not essential;
  
• ability to work in an efficient and organised manner;
  
• customer focused with a passion to deliver on members expectations.
