About the Role:

Based in Adelaide (With occasional site travel) and reporting to the Asset Manager (Director - Assets, Grid &
Operations), the SeniorRenewable Energy Operations Engineer oversees all aspects of assets and operations of the Lincoln Gap Wind Farm &
BESS.
You will be responsible for managing the Contractor's Maintenance Service Agreement. You will support the ongoing electrical/mechanical operational systems including wind turbines, BESS, HV substation and reticulation, SCADA, IT and telecommunications, and other balance of plant.

This role liaises with key stakeholders including internal management and staff and external Service Contractors, AEMO, ElectraNet, Land Owners, and other Government and Regulatory agencies (ESCOSA, OTR, EPA as examples).
Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the Operations &
  Maintenance Contractor of the 59 Wind Turbine Generators at Lincoln Gap Wind Farm to achieve the required performance availability
• Ensure the O&
  M Contractor's are implementing and monitoring equipment maintenance in accordance with manufacturers guidelines
• Manage all associated asset Maintenance or Service Agreements connected to the Wind Farm, BESS and Transmission Connections.
• Improve the profitability of the Lincoln Gap Wind Farm by appropriate cost management and maximising plant availability
• Manage and ensure all Wind Farm regulatory compliance requirements are met

Experience and Skills

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Electrical Engineering or equivalent)
• Demonstrated Operations Management experience in Power, Renewable Energy, or Infrastructure sector
• Contract management experience
• Experienced in managing contractors (Ideally from the client side, but not essential)
• Asset Risk management experience
• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft suite specifically strong skills in Excel for analysis, email, internet) and IT systems
• Complex report writing and presentation experience an advantage
