About the role:

• Lead and manage the property law practice
• Provide expert legal advice on a range of property law matters, including commercial and residential property transactions, leasing, development, and property disputes
• Oversee and mentor junior lawyers and support staff
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm's property law practice

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum 10 years PQE in property law with practice to bring across
• Proven track record of managing a successful property law team
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service
