About your new employer:

This long-established firm works with a substantial corporate client base;
focusing on a variety of corporate, finance and property transactions and commercial litigation.
About the role:

• Handle complex property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property developments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of property-related contracts and agreements.
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks associated with property transactions and developments.
• Collaborate with developers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders involved in off-the-plan developments to ensure smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Associate level (4+ PQE).
• Experience in real estate transactions and/or leasing, coming from a recognised property law team/firm.
• Genuine drive to learn, develop and succeed in property law. Down to earth with a bubbly personality who can work well alone and within the team.
