Senior Projektleiter (M/F/D) - Civil Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the civil engineering aspects of the energy infrastructure project
• Collaborate closely with the COO, ensuring project objectives are met
• Oversee the deployment of resources and subcontractors as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders
• Drive project timelines and milestones

Skills/Must have:

• 5 years of experience in project management within civil engineering
• Experience with Pipelines is highly desirable;
  however, a strong background in Tiefbau is a must
• Fluent in both German (B2) and English (B2)
• Proven ability to work independently and meet high standards of performance
• Flexibility to travel across Germany, with a preference for candidates near Greifswald
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
