Amazon Australia's Stores team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the overall Speed vision and performance of the business. This role is a critical role and focused on one of our highest priority areas, where our mission is to change the weekly shopping habits of Australians. You will work closely with business and operations to drive effective collaboration through project management, driving cross functional programs and partner with WW teams to define, enable and roll out key customer facing initiatives and improvements for delivery speeds. You will also partner with business and operations team to ensure availability of the overall Speed experience for our customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Leadership to define and develop the overall Speed Customer Experience strategy covering both longer term and short term planning
- Ownership for the weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance for Speed CX including the close monitoring of key input and output KPIs
- Conduct deep-dives and develop actions plans to ensure key inputs and success metrics are achieved including influencing key partner teams and stakeholders
- Led the development and business evaluation of key speed improvement initiatives including Speed Network Optimisation, Speed Marketing Campaigns and High Velocity Event planning
- Own the development and coordination of key test and learn opportunities across Speed Customer Experience as well as evaluation of performance
- Engage with key partner teams to lower cost to serve for all speed related initiatives, balancing Customer Experience improvements with frugal cost savings
