Senior Product Manager

Kudosity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to transform our messaging platform and drive more valuable engagements for our customers.

D, which brings togetherproduct, engineering and design, is transforming our products into a next-gen communications platform that combines ML, automation, data and messaging. How you'll make an impact

Our core platform comprises an enterprise grade messaging services and SaaS messaging platform that anyone can use, and you will work with the team to evolve to the next level.

This is a high-profile role, reporting to our Head of Product, best suited to someone who finds it easy to translate complex concepts into simple language and visuals that anyone can understand.

What you'll do

- Create &
refine a product strategy which aligns to our broader company strategy, including creating and owning the roadmap.

- Work collaboratively with a Product Designer and Tech Lead in a Triad, working together to lead Product Discovery &
Delivery.

- Own features and experiments end-to-end, including writing product specs, driving cross-functional execution, and go to market activity.

- Collect &
analyse relevant data &
metrics to make better decisions, share learnings across the company.

- Become an expert on the customer, and an expert on the business.

- Act as a leadership and culture driver without formal authority.

What you'll bring

- Practical experience of modern product discovery methodologies and can build a product strategy, and execute against that strategy.

- Strategic thinking but understanding the importance of being customer first.

- An empathetic nature, and an effective communicator with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups both internal and external to the business.

- Excellent judgement and decision making skills.

- Deeply passionate about data and insights and using them to inform your decisions.

- Adaptable and flexible with an openness to new ideas.You set a high standard of personal performance, and help others achieve those standards through mentoring and sharing knowledge.

- Experience with complex B2B SaaS products across multiple verticals.

- Evidence of tangible results from identifying product opportunities that you have brought to market and that have resulted in positive business growth.
