Senior Product Manager, Users And Onboarding

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in user and business onboarding, KYC, KYB, funnel analysis, and design. This role is pivotal in growing our platform and also finding the right balance with keeping the platform safe for our clients and users.

Key Skills

• Funnel Analytics Expertise:
  Proficiency in analyzing user acquisition and conversion funnels to identify bottlenecks, optimize the onboarding process, and improve overall user engagement.
• User-Centered Design:
  Strong background in user experience (UX) design principles, with a focus on creating intuitive and delightful onboarding experiences.
• High-Growth Fintech/Bank Experience:
  Demonstrated experience working in a high-growth fintech or banking environment, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in scaling user acquisition and onboarding.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  Advanced analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Customer Focus:
  Deep understanding of user needs and behaviours, and the ability to translate these insights into actionable product features and enhancements.

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in banking or fintech.
• Proven experience scaling user acquisition and onboarding.
• Strong data analysis skills and process review capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritise effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial industry.
