Senior Product Manager - Unsecured Lending

The Senior Product Manager - Unsecured Lending will have a specific focus on Personal Loans, and provide support for credit cards products where needed, with a goal to maximize the profitability and business growth of the unsecured lending portfolio, and drive development of integrated strategies by customer segment, product and / or portfolio and deliver the implementation of key initiatives to deliver strategic plans.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting end to end product management of all HSBC's unsecured lending products with a focus on personal loans.
• Driving the development of product strategies, customer journeys, along with the implementation of personal lending product related projects and changes.
• Monitor product performance, underwriting outcomes, industry trends and engage with the relevant internal/ external stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome.
• Manage and maintain the ongoing development of relevant Personal Lending products including Personal Loans, Overdrafts, and Personal Line of Credit.
• Oversee strategic program roadmaps, development, launches, and marketing to maximize product performance.
• Collaborate within Product and the broader business to provide insights into business performance and challenges
