The Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in transactional banking, cards, payment processing, merchant services, transaction monitoring and growth. You are expected to have a growth mindset, but also have relevant experience in payments and banking regulations.
Key Skills
- Domain Expertise:
Deep understanding of transactional banking, including payment processing, cash management, and digital banking solutions. - Technical Acumen:
Ability to engage with engineering teams on complex technical topics and drive the implementation of sophisticated software solutions. - Data-Driven Decision Making:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions and optimize user experiences.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in the banking or fintech domain.
- Proven experience in transactional banking.
- Strong data analysis skills and process review capabilities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritise effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial industry.
