Award winning specialist Geotechnical Consulting firm specialising in services to local and state governments and authorities, land developers, builders and contractors for road and water infrastructure, land development, residential and commercial buildings, and mining projects.
They are looking for a Senior or Principal Geotechnical Engineer to lead the NSW team.
The Role:
- Lead the NSW team of engineers in the planning, design and delivery of projects.
- Provide technical advice and solutions to the team and clients, manage resourcing requirements to budget
- And build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior or Associate Engineer looking to step into the next level of their career.

Skills and Experience required:
- Proven experience in a relevant role including demonstrated experience working in a senior role in an engineering environment.
- Extensive knowledge of project planning &
delivery, conducting geotechnical investigations and writing reports - Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to lead, inspire and mentor other engineers.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders
