We are searching for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join the team and play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business success.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing strategic marketing plans and overseeing impactful campaigns. Your efforts will be crucial in enhancing brand awareness and supporting the organisation's growth. Leading the Digital Marketing Specialist and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the seamless alignment of marketing strategies with our overarching business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to devise and implement marketing plans, focusing on innovative contact strategies for our client's target audiences.
- Analyse campaign effectiveness to optimise market presence and explore new channels.
- Lead and execute digitally-focused marketing initiatives, partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion data-driven decision-making and continuous campaign improvement.
- Manage the development and implementation of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with the business's strategic goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership in marketing, with at least seven years of experience in strategic campaign development and execution.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or communications
- Strong understanding of B2B and financial services marketing.
- Excellent digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics skills.
- A strategic thinker with a knack for creative problem-solving and effective decision-making.
- A collaborative leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
