The role
Due to growth within their business, a position has been created for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team. Reporting to the CEO this role will see you play the lead role in the marketing of their large-scale masterplanned community developments. Key responsibilities will include:
- Identify, Engage, &
Manage Consultants - Develop, Maintain, &
Support the Group's Social Media Strategy - Create &
Implement Project Marketing Strategies for Developments - Develop and maintain Marketing and Sales Management Plans
- Complete Marketing Campaign Analysis &
Present Results to the Board
Skills &
experience
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have current experience as a marketing professional in masterplanned community developments. Other key requirements include:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing or Equivalent
- Ability to Create Digital Content with Understanding of Digital Media
- Creative &
Innovative Flair to Identify Opportunities in Project Marketing - Ability to Manage External Marketing Professionals &
Consultants - Experience in Masterplanned Community Marketing is Essential
