Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for a 9-12 month parental leave contract to lead our Growth Marketing team and drive rapid business growth.

Role Purpose

As the Senior Marketing Manager you will work closely with Stockspots CEO/Founder and lead the Growth Marketing department to continue to drive rapid business growth through effective acquisition marketing campaigns, and ongoing conversion and engagement initiatives.

You'll be responsible for:

• Executing the marketing strategy and managing major marketing channels, including digital acquisition / performance marketing, SEO, CRM and other growth and lead-nurture initiatives.

• Coordinating various elements of a marketing campaigns, such as PR, content, eDM, SEO, SEM and design to ensure cohesive and effective execution

• Leading and managing the Growth department, driving initiatives to propel business growth

• Leading activities for loyalty and advocacy.

• Collaborate closely with Client Care and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts across Stockspot

• Driving efforts to measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, continuously improving marketing reporting infrastructure

Your experience

• Degree qualified

• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of 6 or more individuals

• Experience managing a range of marketing channels, including digital acquisition, ATL, SEO, loyalty, partnerships and CRM.

• Experience with relevant marketing platforms, including analytics platform

• Demonstrated experience in project management with the capacity to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and to meet deadlines

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing strategies and execution

• Experience in the Fintech Industry or a similarly regulated sector is highly desirable

This role requires you to work in our Sydney CBD office and is not open to remote working applications.
