In this role you will be part of the Brand, Partnerships &
Creative team in Marketing.
MCA, alongside the broader CBA Group, has transitioned to agile ways of working. In an agile capacity, this role is a Chapter Member for Brand Campaigns &
Go To Market (GTM).
Do work that matters
As a Senior Marketing Manager, Employer Brand, you will lead GTM strategy (combined calendar across paid, owned and earned media working with Group Corporate Affairs. Agreeing themes and messages to go to market across all channels.
You will also influence business units groupwide on activations of the People Value Proposition (PVP) to create consistency of experience and accountability to deliver.
On any given day, you will:

  • Work with the Chapter Lead of Brand Campaigns &
    GTM and the Product Owner of Employer Brand in developing and delivering cutting edge and integrated communications initiatives to drive key Employer Brand and Reputation metrics at a national level. You will do this through communications planning, communications processes, budget, agency management and reporting.
  • Work with other MCA Teams to align on PVP strategy, communication messages and communication plans, for coordinated through-the-line communications and seamless customer journeys.
  • Influence and lead actions throughout our matrix structure to deliver on the PVP to ensure it is a lived experience.
  • Present overall marketing plans and strategic direction for region to senior management for funding approval and support.
  • Work with the Customer Insights Team to collate thorough analysis of competitor insights, employer brand insights, brand tracking and campaign results to determine learnings and opportunities.
  • Work within the broader MCA Team, and specifically with the Corporate Affairs Team, to align internal communications and PR plans for integrated communications.


We'd love to hear from people who have:

  • Significant experience in marketing &
    GTM, with strategic employer brand communications experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of turning data into insight-led, standout creative briefs and large-scale brand campaigns.
  • Passion and deep understanding of the role media plays in excellent employer brand campaign delivery.
  • Excellent influencing skills, working in an agile structure to generate change against PVP strategy.
  • Proven experience in cross team collaboration and great stakeholder management skills including agency management.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple and varied tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
