As a Head of Marketing for ANZ you'll be responsible for developing a marketing plan that executes on planning, implementing and expanding the business of the region in partnership with the local sales leaders and the cross-functional teams.

You'll lead and manage the execution of strategic and tactical programs that educate and generate market awareness, drive demand in target accounts &
personas and build customer loyalty. This includes various forms of digital programs and events supporting the global campaigns and launches directly as well as through partners.

Responsibilities:

- Develop country marketing strategy in alignment with the local business and the global marketing priorities collaborating with global/regional marketing teams, local sales, SDRs &
partners as well as therest of the cross-functional teams
- Management of all qtrly field marketing execution from awareness to demand generation, esp driving motions to exceed set marketing KPIs, including business meetings and marketing sourced pipeline
- Leverage the always-on, digital marketing engine centrally managed by the global/regional teams for air cover and to drive top of the funnel metrics for the country while positioning the field execution towards more account centric approach to penetrate deeper into the target accounts
- Create and execute innovative marketing activities for new logo acquisition for effective 'landing' in the prospect accounts with highly personalized experiences
- Be the steward of the field marketing OPEX and Co-op investments to drive weekly outcomes towards MCIs, MQLs, business meetings and new logo pipeline creation
- Develop local customer stories each quarter for amplification
- Track KPI's weekly and report on marketing's contribution to new business meetings and pipeline creation
- Leverage and adapt various martech stacks in campaign design, execution and optimization
- Work with various marketing agencies to bring scale to the execution

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12+ years of in-country field marketing, both direct &
    through partners, experience with demonstrable results in driving innovation, campaign management, building sales pipeline
  • Digital marketing and omni-channels marketing experience - marketing automation, ABM tools, web, social, SEM, display, content syndication, retargeting, webinar, email, mobile &
    community marketing
  • Extensive experience partnering with local leadership teams, sales &
    partners, marketing as well as the rest of the GTM functions
  • Highly numerate, data-driven and can derive business insights from data to make smart decisions
  • Experience in operating in a shared service (CoE) environment for digital and marketing automation execution
  • People leadership experience. Build and evolve the ANZ field marketing team into a high performing, integrated marketing team
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, is a must
  • Proven success in managing in a matrixed organization and working with virtual teams
  • Experience with a SaaS and/or security vendor is a plus

Preferred Educational Background:

A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Technology, MBA preferred.
