The Role
We have a newly created opportunity to join our Brand &
Marketing team as Senior Manager, Group Insurance Marketing.

This role will see you providing marketing support to bring our proposition to life for our Group Insurance business. We have an ambitious and robust growth target, and helping the business to engage prospects and win new business is critical to success in this role.

To do this we need to reimagine how we engage with our super fund partners, corporate partners, and prospects. Design, develop and execute intelligent, savvy communication strategies to give us a robust and consistent voice in the market.

Event management experience will be critical to the success of this role in bringing our messaging to life in real world moments. Further requirements include exploring alternative, new and innovative strategies to maximise engagement.

This role will define what good looks like in this space and coach team members to deliver market-leading communications.

About you

  • Strong stakeholder relationship and influencing skills - client engagement is a key component of this role.
  • Effective collaboration and planning capability is a critical enabler.
  • Tertiary qualifications - A relevant degree / qualification(s) - Communications, Marketing or Business with 8+ years' experience.
  • B2B communications experience within financial services (preferably superannuation) with multiple distribution channels and audiences
  • Event management experience with prospect building.
