You will be joining a market leading ESG focused investment management firm as a Senior Legal Counsel focusing on project finance, based in Brisbane within a fun, growing and flexible legal team.

About the Role
Responsibilities include:

• Structure and execute project finance transactions.
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessment.
• Draft and negotiate legal documents.
• Provide counsel on financing structures and compliance.

About You
You have:

• Relevant legal qualifications and current practising certificate
• Minimum 8PQE with experience from a top-tier law firm
• Strong project finance transaction experience
