Senior Legal Counsel (Commercial)

Your new role
Working amongst a large in-house team of supportive and high performing lawyers, you will work across a broad range of commercial matters, covering governance, corporate advisory, partnership, procurement, intellectual property and data management matters.
What you'll need to succeed

admitted to practice as a Lawyer in Australia 6 - 10 years' + PAE, specialised in managing a broad range of commercial matters experience gained in a mid-tier/top-tier law firm and/or similar large corporation experience and confidence in dealing with and assisting senior management (both in written and verbal communications), including an ability to draft clear and precise legal documents and communications;
excellent interpersonal and commercial skills, as well as an ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across a large complex business
