Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Laravel and React to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work hybrid in Sydney - 2 days in the office. collaborating with a passionate group of professionals dedicated to leveraging technology for sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom real-time digital platforms with predictive capabilities using Laravel and React.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with sustainability goals.
• Architect scalable and efficient backend systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Implement responsive and intuitive frontend interfaces, delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in full stack development, sustainability, and environmental management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, specializing in Laravel and Vue.Js.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and relational databases (e.G., MySQL).
• Experience with version control systems (e.G., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
