What you'll do:

• Brainstorm, analyse, design, and build customer-facing web applications, API or microservice capabilities
• Actively contribute to the Agile software development lifecycle.
• Familiarise yourself with DevOps/Continuous Integration and production deployment processes.
• Customise AEM Out-of-the-box component, customise authoring dialog, Adobe HTL/Markup.
• Lead systems analysis, design, development, maintenance &
  ongoing support to ensure that the quality of the solutions meet the defined needs.

What you bring:

• 10+ years' experience in software engineering in various programming languages.
• 5+ years' experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams in a variety of technical domains.
• Strong hands-on and technical leadership of the AEM platform on Adobe Forms, Adobe Site Pages, Adobe Analytics, Data Integration, CRXDE, AEM Components.
• Deep understanding with how to customise AEM Out-of-the-box component, customise authoring dialog, Adobe HTL/Markup.
• Proven track record of leading high performing teams.
• Experience supporting high availability production systems.
