As a Senior In-house Lawyer at RAA, you will leverage your extensive commercial, legal, and interpersonal skills to contribute to significant projects and complex contract negotiations. This position is integral to our legal team, which is deeply involved in crafting strategies and facilitating major commercial projects. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this role offers the opportunity to think autonomously, engage with senior-level clients, and handle commercial negotiations directly impacting the business.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Provide strategic commercial and regulatory advice.
  • Lead negotiations on behalf of the business.
  • Play a key role in the legal aspects of commercial projects.
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leading law firm or a high-calibre in-house team.
  • Strong background in handling complex commercial contracts and negotiations.
  • Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Superior analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
