About the role:

The role of Senior ICT Business Analyst (BA) plays a strategic role in Lutheran Services' digital transformation journey. Focusing on the ERP Project, which is about to move into the testing phase, you will:

• Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to bring together current processes
• Work closely with the business to identify and analyse areas for improvement relating to ERP business systems, processes, workflows, and requirements to identify system change considerations and implications
• Utilise structured and proven approaches to move the project into the testing phase ensuring the system build meets future business requirements
• Guide the testing phase in conjunction with the Test Analyst
• Produce clear, detailed documentation relating to future state process maps and business frameworks in line with our Project Management Methodology.

About you:

To see you be successful, in this role, you will have completed a bachelor's degree in IT, business management, project management or equivalent experience in this field. Furthermore you will have;

• Five years' experience working as a Business Analyst in technology-led transformational projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate well across the organisation
• Confidence in guiding and contributing to the development of system support material
• The ability to work onsite (Milton) and facilitate stakeholder workshops
• Experience in ERP implementations, particularly in TechnologyOne, will be highly regarded.
