Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct, advise and guide managers and leaders on effective operational implementation of policies and procedures
- Advise managers on performance management and talent management strategies ensuring compliance with the EA and legislative requirements
- Contribute to and implement a range of HR projects, plans and tools
- Collaborate with the HR team and manager to provide quality information and data analysis to provide insights and comprehensive reports for continuous improvements
