Our client is an established organisation experiencing rapid growth and positive cultural change. Partnering with senior leaders of your business, you will provide high level specialist advice and coaching across all areas of strategic and HR operations.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of HR and working within an established and talented team of HR professionals, you will primarily partner with senior stakeholders providing specialist strategic and operational advice and coaching across all areas of HR with a particular focus in Industrial Relations and Organisational Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high level coaching and support to senior leaders on large scale cultural change transformation.
• In partnership with the wider HR team, provide specialist advice on high level strategic IR matters.
• Partnering closely with senior leaders, providing operational advice and coaching on the whole employee life cycle.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior HR professional who is excited and passionate about ensuring that the HR function is commercial and credible to meet the future changing needs of the business. You will enjoy being part of the business, coaching and advising senior stakeholders with the capability of providing hands on operational support.

What you will bring
To be successful you will be degree qualified in Human Resources Management or equivalent. You will have proven track record as a true HR Business Partner, with essential experience from a large blue collar workforce. You will have sound understanding of the local employment legislation together with knowledge of contemporary people practices. You will have high level of commercial acumen and business interest.
