CPA/CA Qualified Accountant Required
Our client a rapidly growing global fund administrator specialising in Private Equity, are looking for 2 X Senior Fund Accountants to join their growing team looking after clients accounts, performing accounting duties and reviewing junior work.The roleThis is a great opportunity to enhance your current skill sets and be a main point of contact for Senior Management along with liaising with stakeholders and building key relationships.Financial Accounting responsibilitiesReviewing financial statements and have an understanding of double side entries
Taking care of the day-to-day operations of the funds and following up with third parties, including investors and fund managers;
Handling the fund?saccounts and collaborating in the preparation of periodic reports and regulatory reports for the fund?s entities;
Preparing the funds? periodic Net Asset Value calculation and year-end financial statements, coordinating the audits, and reviewing other fund related reports;
Coordinate Investorservicing, including investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions as well as issuance of shareholder statements;
Organising and participating in board meetings and shareholders\ ' meetings;
Skills and Experience RequiredIt is likely that you will come either direct from a professional services environment or are already working in the Funds Services sector, you will have a combination of the following skills and experienceCA / CPA qualified (or close to)
Strong accounting skills
Keen to show initiative and present solutions
Strong Communication skills
Good team player
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
