Senior Finance Analyst, Operations Finance

- Bachelor of Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.G., Engineering, Math, Computer Science)
- Relevant experience in a finance role, leading projects or programs
- Experience communicating results to leadership
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in large-scale data mining and visualisation tools such as Power BI, SQL, Quicksight, or Tableau.
- Experience in financial modeling.

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Operations Finance team to strengthen the financial support capabilities in the region. This is a high profile position and an excellent opportunity to shape a growing business in an entrepreneurial environment. As part of the team, you will lead financial analysis, provide financial insights to drive business performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making for the fulfillment centers across the country.

Key job responsibilities
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Use a range of metrics, models, and data mining tools (e.G., Excel, Power BI, SQL) to analyze operational performance, forecast, and identify opportunities for improvement. Produce financial and operational reports and plans to support business priorities.
Cost Optimization:
Conduct in-depth analysis of operational expenditures (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX) related to the fulfillment network. Identify cost-saving opportunities, conduct CAPEX ROI analysis to drive investment decisions and implement strategies for cost optimization.
Business Partnering:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Procurement, RME, Engineering, Real Estate, and FP&
A to provide financial insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Controllership:
Ensure reporting accuracy, maintain financial processes, and contribute to the implementation of internal controls over financial reporting.
Project Management:
Lead projects to execute improvement opportunities, prioritize work, resolve issues, and meet deadlines. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance controllership and create value-added enhancements.
