About the role:

• Working on complex Family Law matters including but not limited to:
  
• Divorce and Separation:
  Expert guidance through the complexities of divorce proceedings, asset division, and spousal support.
• Child Custody and Support:
  Advocating for the best interests of your children, ensuring their well-being is prioritized.
• Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements:
  Drafting agreements to protect your assets and clarify financial expectations.
• Mediation and Dispute Resolution:
  Resolving conflicts amicably through mediation, minimising the emotional and financial toll of litigation.
• Property Settlement:
  Distributing assets and liabilities, and navigating the nuances of tax and stamp duty throughout.

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Lawyer (minimum 5 PQE).
• A B., J.D. or Diploma in Law, with valid Australian practicing certificate.
• Experience in a major city, seeking top-tier work in a relaxed coastal setting.
• Able to handle complex matters autonomously - driven, and seeking to pave a path to partnership.
