As our Senior Entertainment Manager, your role will involve developing and executing entertainment strategies that leverage the unique selling points of The Star Sydney, targeting differentiated customer segments to drive visitation and utilisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will drive the success of our activations and events for The Star Sydney.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Establish an entertainment strategy aligned to venue prioritisation, and work with internal L&
    E Marketing teams to market appropriately.
  • Schedule and book all local and international talent and assist in Marketing communications for The Star Sydney, on a weekly basis.
  • Manage all contracts in procuring the talent for The Star Sydney venues on a weekly basis, ensuring the contracting and finance process is aligned to any/all internal TSEG and Group procurement
  • Present commercial recommendations for allocation of Sydney Property entertainment budgets
  • Host talent and ensure talent requirements meet The Star's compliance and regulations

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the music and entertainment industry, specifically in a role related to artist or talent management
  • Expertise in managing business planning and project deliverables.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and securing new and emerging artists, with a keen eye for talent
  • Experience in the pre-opening and launch of a large-scale hotel or casino is a bonus

You will possess a strong background in talent management, with expertise in booking local and international artists. Your innovative thinking keeps you ahead of industry trends, allowing you to deliver exciting and fresh entertainment experiences.

Your role will be pivotal in orchestrating a seamless integration of talent and entertainment across The Star Sydney venues.
