Access Canberra is seeking a high performing Senior Director (Senior Officer Grade A) to lead the Skills, Safety and Support team.
As a Senior Director you will operate with a high degree of independence and participate in the leadership team of the branch and organisation. You will play a key advisory role within Access Canberra in relation to the areas within your responsibility. You will have the ability to design and deliver upon strategic corporate direction, from design to delivery.
You will be responsible for leading and supporting the ongoing evolution of Access Canberra's workforce safety and culture to meet the challenge of providing regulatory services to the community and industries across the ACT region.

Notes:
This is a temporary position available immediately to 30 April 2025. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. This position is in new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk. Current and former ADF members are encouraged to apply.
