The Opportunity

Join our vibrant and passionate Digital Publishing team as a Senior Digital Publisher, reporting to the Senior Manager - Digital Publishing. Your role involves accurately delivering digital asset changes within SLA, enhancing content quality through stakeholder collaboration, and efficient publishing. You'll handle small to medium projects through the complete content lifecycle, including publishing and deployment.

Support the team by managing the pipeline, prioritising key initiatives, and conducting regular stand-up meetings. Facilitate discovery sessions to understand business needs, maintain JIRA/Confluence boards for resource management, and continuously improve publishing processes. Collaborate with the Senior Manager to implement governance frameworks and document end-to-end processes. Provide expert advice to stakeholders on optimal content delivery, identify and address risks promptly, and support website testing/releases.

What we look for in a successful candidate:

Additionally, you should be adept at estimating project modification times, have experience in agile environments, and preferably, have worked in financial services. A background in computer science or a related field is advantageous.
