• Surry Hills, or ACT, QLD, SA or VIC (3 days per week onsite)
• Leading the design, implementation, and optimization of a major CIAM project
• Experience with CIAM products such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, Akamai
• Obtain your NV1 clearance (Baseline highly desirable)
  

Our client, a disability-services Federal Government agency requires multiple Customer IAM engineers, at APS6 and EL1 levels, for long 12-month contracts.

Duties

• Help lead the implementation, and optimization of a major customer identity and access management (CIAM) project, focusing on external and customer user registration, authentication, authorization, and user profile management.
• Work independently on competing and often urgent tasks to achieve agency CIAM outcomes.
• Understand project requirements and translate them into effective CIAM configurations.
• Configure and manage CIAM features, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and security best practices.
• Optimise the CIAM solution for scalability, performance, and user experience, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Prioritise building automations and integrations to enhance CIAM capabilities and streamline user interactions.

Selection Criteria

• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in designing or implementing in a Cloud environment such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with CIAM products such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, Akamai, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated positive attitude towards people with disability (desirable).
