About you:
You are an experienced senior implementation consultant, preferably in the payroll software area, and excel at delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. The size of projects and sectors vary substantially, but the requirement to deliver excellent customer experience underpins everything we do. You will work with the team to ensure a successful delivery throughout the lifetime of the onboarding.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide application consulting services to Customers during the implementation of Payroll processing solutions.
Installing and configuring the solution to align with client requirements.
Identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
Writing of business analysis specifications and managing delivery of custom project components.
Manage the relationship with customers.
Be actively involved in the production of high-quality collateral, including video tutorials and training documentation.
Focus on continual review and improvement of our processes to maintain effective service development.
As a well-rounded Senior Consultant, your Skills and Experiences should include:
- A passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and systems, in particular Award structure and interpretations.
- Specification writing.
- A drive to continually improve processes and systems.
- Excellent written &
spoken communication skills, highly proficient in business level English. - The ability to plan, prioritize and work on several projects at once.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
