What you'll do
As the Senior Commercial Finance Manager for EverydayX you will join our EverydayX Finance team as a senior business partner accountable for the preparation, investigation and analysis of key business information and business processes to optimise performance and drive business growth.

You will also:

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of finance professionals, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the EverydayX Finance and WooliesX Finance team.
• Provide deep thinking, insight and analysis on priority investments, benefits and key initiatives within the EverydayX business that drive the delivery of commercial outcomes
• Be the key finance business partner for the Member Experience and EverydayX Commercial team

What you'll bring
Key to your success will be your exceptional commercial acumen, underpinned by your strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to successfully navigate a large, complex business environment. You will be a strong influencer and bring outstanding leadership skills including developing and driving a high performing team.

With demonstrated experience at a senior level in optimising performance and driving business growth within the commercial finance space, you are CA/CPA qualified with significant post qualification experience.

Previous leadership of multi-functional teams in the retail or FMCG sectors is highly desirable.
