About the Role

Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the management of general lines commercial claims.

About you

To be successful in this role, we are seeking an insurance professional with considerable experience in the management of property and casualty claims. You will be experienced in:

  • Effective communication skills with a focus on technical claims management and advocacy of complex claims, including drafting claims submissions
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate and negotiate difficult disputes
  • Developing effective working relationships and good influencing skills to work across the business
  • An understanding of insurance products and markets with a particular focus on Property &
    Casualty
