The Opportunity:

• Lead and manage challenging and complex water and wastewater projects throughout all phases of design.
• Provide mentoring and support for other engineers working within the water team and foster ongoing capability and skills building within the team.
• Work without supervision, referring up as necessary. In achieving this you will be responsible for meeting deadlines, monitoring budgets, and controlling expenditure to meet financial targets in your own area.
• Represent Arup at internal and external events and you may be responsible for designing and delivering events, activities and projects which impact the business.
• Take responsibility for the performance and development of others through providing guidance, training, direction and feedback.

Is this role right for you?

• Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in civil or environmental engineering or similar area.
• Relevant industry experience in the water industry within a consulting business environment.
• Membership of relevant professional institutions/professional peer bodies or significant credit towards eligibility for membership.
• Proven working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and guidelines - and Arup's related procedures including OH&
  S
• Experience with internal and external stakeholder management.
