About the role

The purpose of the Senior Change Consultant is to lead in the support and advice in the delivery of outbound customer correspondence for confirmed and prioritised customer correspondence change projects. This includes providing high quality, timely essential communications, reinforcing the value and uniqueness of our brands, whilst complying with legislative requirements. This role is designed to support and guide Correspondence Consultants in leading the management of the implementation of communications for all brands, including:

  • Delivering on a strategic program of work within the Customer Correspondence CoE for the Insurance Business.
  • The development and implementation of projects and initiatives, as well as the design of improvements aligned to the customer Correspondence Target Operating Model.
  • Change activities, testing and the fulfilment process of sending electronic, hard mail packs and SMS to customers.
  • Contributing to the CoE team, business and group delivery priorities.
  • Coach consultants on their relationships with the business and suppliers and provide SME knowledge around essential customer correspondence change processes.

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years Insurance industry experience with an excellent understanding of the end-to-end customer correspondence change process.
  • Good understanding of key insurance customer correspondence regulatory requirements (e.G., timeframes for remediation).
  • General understanding of the Insurance Policy or Claims value chain.
  • Knowledge of insurance and financial principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience using core systems such as Group Protect, ClaimCenter, and FileNet advantageous.
  • Highly desirable experience with Online Reporting Tools, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, Project Management, Agile, Lean methodologies, and leading and coaching people.
