We are currently seeking to recruit experienced Case Managers at an exciting time of growth for our business

You will be responsible for

Proactive management of your own CTP claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisation.

Maintain a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants

Compliance focus

Buildeffective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes

Assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements.

Assess and manage injury needs of claimants, handle correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment and rehabilitation and analyse/interpret medical reports and other information.

About you

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Time management skills and a proactive approach

Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks

Understanding of a compliance and target driven environment

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Previous CTP Claims experience (minimum 3 years)
