Amazon's APAC Associates team is seeking a talented, highly motivated and experienced business leader to engage content creators and grow the Amazon Influencer program. This will be a 12 months fixed term contract.
With its network of over 100,000 publishers, the Amazon Associates program is a global leader in online marketing, and one of the largest external paid traffic channels for Amazon. As a customer-obsessed, digital and social media enthusiast, you will develop relationships with top content creators to drive revenue, new customers and awareness for Amazon’s strategic businesses and programs.

Using your deep knowledge of digital and social media, and a solution-oriented mindset, you will develop opportunities for Amazon's APAC businesses across the social landscape.
A bit about you:
You are an excellent oral and written communicator, and you possess an analytical approach to business development, leveraging data to drive decisions. You are highly organised, and have the ability to work independently. You're particularly adept at developing strong, one-to-one relationships, and working closely and constructively with internal and external partners. You have experience navigating technical and product requirements and adoption, have the ability to influence technical leaders, and incorporate technical requirements into negotiations and contracts.
Our team operates out of our fabulous CBD office (conveniently located near many transportation options), and from home (during COVID-19) leveraging technology.

Key job responsibilities
As a leader for this segment within the APAC Performance Marketing &
Partnerships team, you will:
Develop, execute, and refine end-to-end Influencer and social platform strategies in partnership with internal stakeholders;
Own quarterly unitand revenue growth objectives for new and existing influencers and content creators;
Pitch, onboard andscale new content creators across social media;
Independently develop strategic recommendations across social media platforms that align with Amazon strategies;
Drive for simplified, scalable solutions for creators, including identifying new opportunities to drive growth;
Drive special dealterms and negotiations with new and existing influencers;
Develop strategiesto drive awareness and sales around deals and seasonal events;
Partner with Retail leaders to support strategic Amazon businesses;
Work closely with the marketing, program, and product management teams to act as liaison to content creators;
Own data analysisand partner with business intelligence to develop reporting methodologies;
Drive adoption ofproducts for content creators, including tools to implement effective integrations (links, display units, etc), reporting tools, product feeds, etc.;
Effectively evangelise the Amazon Influencer Program as an opportunity for content creators.
