What you will do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows.
- Develop and document functional specifications and business requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to implement changes.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to management and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support business strategy.
- Assist in the development of business cases and feasibility studies.
What you will have done:
- Required to have experience in Cybersecurity framework implementations and uplifts (IS027001, ACSC Essential Eight, or similar)
- Previous experience in other cybersecurity uplift projects
- 3-6 years experience in a Business Analysis position
- Technically minded, with experience in testing, developing or engineering previously
- GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) knowledge preferred
