In this role, you'll:

You will be responsible for articulating the needs and rationale for implementing new technology systems.
Your role includes describing and supporting the design and delivery of products and software solutions that enable our customers to plan, book, pay, and provide feedback.
You will elicit business needs and system functions as requirements, use cases, and specifications to support the development of new and improved technical products and solutions.
Participate in verification activities to ensure that delivered solutions meet expected system behaviour and functional outcomes.

- Extensive experience in a similar role delivering complex, large-scale systems that impact a wide range of stakeholder groups, with exposure to programs featuring complex architectures and system integration.

- Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary business analysis best practices and methodologies, with demonstrable experience applying them effectively.

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or extensive equivalent professional experience.

- Experience working in technical engineering environments in a product/solutions delivery role that involves cultivating working relationships with business stakeholders, solution delivery teams, and delivery partners/vendors.
