What role you will play?

In this role you will lead the delivery of detailed analysis of the business environment, people, process, and systems to capture business requirements accurately. In addition, work through feasibility and suitability of proposed Financial Crime Risk solutions to ensure optimise business performance by facilitating requirements workshops, walk throughs, business process reviews and documenting functional business needs.

You will ensure comprehensive documentation is produced such as business and functional requirements, business process models, user stories/requirements and user case scenarios and help define business requirements and trends with a comprehensive analysis of alternate internal and external solutions.

What you offer

• 5+ years' of experience in a Business Analyst role with experience in Regulatory Projects
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to unpack ambiguous requirements, analyse and propose solutions in a pragmatic manner to stakeholders
• Extensive and demonstrated experience analysing business requirements across a complex portfolio of initiatives
• Experience interpreting and translating analysis results into insightful, clear and succinct functional documentation
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build effective relationships.

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
